Our Response to COVID-19

We hope that you and your families are safe and healthy during this very difficult time. Our Oversight Team is meeting daily to monitor the ever-changing conditions. The safety and health of our employees and providing uninterrupted service to our customers are our top priorities. All of our facilities remain open for essential functions and are supported by remote work teams.
We have not experienced any disruption to our ability to support all services. Our Operating facilities in New Jersey, Delaware and Colorado are open to perform tasks that can’t be performed remotely. We are also providing services by employees working remotely.
CDC, State & Federal Agencies, Freight Carriers, Chambers of Commerce, Industry Associations, Local & National Media. We are also working with several different companies to share information and best practices to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
We have not had any supply chain disruption and are receiving daily updates from critical suppliers and business partners.
A thorough cleaning of common areas is performed twice per day and disinfectant cleaning materials have been provided for individual workstations and private offices.
Our facilities are actively practicing social distancing. On-site personnel are instructed to maintain six feet of separation while interacting with coworkers. Conference rooms are closed and all meetings are conducted virtually.
Personal Protective Equipment
We have provided all on-site staff with face masks and gloves to wear during the work day.
Visitors are limited to people with critical deliveries or emergency repairs.
Our Account Teams are working with our customers to provide alternative solutions for their traditional services to minimize the disruption to their business.
We are extremely proud of the dedication, commitment and teamwork of our employees during this unprecedented crisis.
We will continue to monitor COVID-19 conditions and inform you of any update to our plan. The safety and health of our employees and providing uninterrupted service to all clients are our top priorities.
